EXTERIOR HOUSE WASHING

This service includes cleaning the exterior of your house using chemicals and soap. This removes all dirt, spider webs and mildew from the house. We use low pressure to apply the cleaners and to rinse them off, assuring not to remove paint or caulk from your house or breaking the seals on double pane windows.

ROOF STAIN REMOVAL

This service removes the black streaks that appear on roofs ruining the appearance or curb appeal of your home. This process involves applying a roof cleaning chemical to the shingles and allowing them to stay on for approximately 20 minutes, then rinsing the chemicals off with very low pressure. The roof is guaranteed not to have stains for a minimum of 3 years.

DECK CLEANING/STAINING/SEALING

This service includes applying wood cleaning chemicals to deck to remove all mildew, dirt and grey weathered look, bringing deck back to the original golden pine look it had when it was new. A drying period is allowed usually 24 hours or sometimes less in extreme heat of the summer. After the deck is dry, a stain is applied to the deck to preserve the life of the wood and repel water from soaking into the wood. We usually use a very high quality stain called California Cedar which is golden brown and allows the wood grain to show through nicely. This stain is highly recommended because it gives the wood a very deep, rich look with just enough pigment and UV protection. We can provide a large array of solid color stain or a combination of painted handrails and a stained floor.

CONCRETE CLEANING

This service includes cleaning driveways, sidewalks, brick pavers or brick walkways. This service is sometimes performed with water only and sometimes with water and chemicals depending on the condition of the surface to be cleaned.

GUTTER CLEANING

This service includes not only removing debris from gutters but any debris on the roof as well. We also check to make sure the downspouts are clean as well. When performing this service we use a ladder stabilizer to prevent ladder from leaning against gutters and bending and denting them.

CARPENTRY SERVICES

We replace trim boards, facia, siding, window sills, porch rails and ballisters. Whenever possible we use composite non rotting materials, PVC, or Hardiplank. We thoroughly caulk all replaced materials preventing moisture from entering the house.

PAINTING SERVICES - INTERIOR & EXTERIOR

We also provide complete interior and exterior house painting, paying particular attention to prep work. We provide spraying or brushing application and we always use the highest quality paints and caulk.
